Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading European construction and engineering business to deliver utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. A Project Manager is sought to oversee delivery from construction through completion, ensuring safety, on-time performance and quality.

You will coordinate with internal teams, EPC contractors and stakeholders, own programmes and budgets, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement while visiting project sites across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering utility-scale solar PV or large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong background in project delivery within EPC, construction or engineering.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of construction programmes, budgets, risks and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale solar PV projects across the UK.
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
• Take ownership of project programmes, budgets, risks, quality and HSE performance.
• Monitor progress against milestones and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commercial teams.
