Job summary

TGRC is partnering with a leading European construction and engineering business to deliver utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery from construction through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, EPC contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive successful project execution and implement robust HSE practices across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within utility-scale solar PV or large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong background in project delivery, ideally from an EPC, construction or engineering environment.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to manage project costs and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale solar PV projects across the UK.
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
• Take ownership of project programmes, budgets, risks, quality and HSE performance.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commercial teams.
• Review contractor performance and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, change control and risk management.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and project performance.
• Support resolution of technical, commercial and construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation, standards and company requirements.
• Drive a strong culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
