Job summary

Embat in London is seeking a UK Treasury Implementation Specialist to activate and configure our software for new clients. You’ll work with CFOs on treasury management, cash flow forecasting, cash accounting, and payments, delivering client-focused configuration and integration across platforms.

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for activating and configuring Embat software for new clients. This includes our Treasury Management, cash flow forecasting, cash accounting, and payments functionalities.

What will you do?

• Consult with clients to determine the best configurations for their business needs and long-term use of the software. Typically, you will interact with CFOs and their teams, which is pretty exciting!
• Configure the software through the user interface to meet client needs and requirements, according to the project scope.
• Configure the software through back-end databases, scripts, and software tools; track, manage, and provide regular updates on the progress of implementation projects.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client-side and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
• Act as an internal technical product knowledge resource during collaborative training, testing, and troubleshooting activities with team members and cross‑functionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone, email, online, and in person.
• Lead client‑facing implementation kickoffs, requirements‑gathering sessions, and configuration review meetings.
• Collaborate with our Product team by providing user feedback, conducting research and testing, and acting as an internal Product consultant.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree, college diploma in a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in finance and software implementation projects, preferably with financial software such as TMSs or ERPs.
• Experience in finance, including accounting and treasury management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, negotiation, and diplomacy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully.
• A learner’s mindset, with the drive and ability to consistently improve your knowledge and abilities.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English, with confidence communicating with clients day to day in English.
• Location: This role is based in London and follows a hybrid working arrangement.

Additionally:

• Charm and engagement during client interactions, both verbal and written. Clients come first, and it's your job to understand what they need.
• International experience and additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask. You don’t just perform - you strive to overperform when challenged.
