Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a founder-mentality professional to embed with key financial teams at multinational SaaS and tech companies. You will map how teams work, redesign workflows, wire integrations, and deploy AI agents to modernise finance processes.

Train customers to operate the new system post go-live. You’ll work directly with senior financial professionals and engineers, shaping a new motion from the ground up and delivering a scalable, repeatable approach to

Qualifications

• 3+ years close to how finance teams actually work - accounting, process design, consulting, or technical customer success.
• You build & tinker. Vibe coding, data pipelines, and LLM agents are tools you reach for, and you ship working software, not slideware.
• You're fluent enough in finance to hold your own with a Controller on multi-entity, consolidation, and reporting.
• You bring structure to messy problems and move fast: diagnose, prototype, harden, ship.
• You're comfortable in front of a CFO and next to an engineer, and you've delivered without formal authority over anyone.
• You use AI tools daily and have specific opinions on where they help in delivery.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
• Bonus #1: Solutions or integration engineering background; experience mapping and redesigning finance processes and with AI agents in production.
• Bonus #2: A finance / accounting qualification.

Responsibilities

• Partner two-in-a-box with your Account Manager, and pull in platform and AI engineering when you need them.
• Feed repeatable patterns to the Product roadmap.

About the Role

You’ll embed inside our most important customers and rebuild how their finance function works. You’ll map how the team really works, redesign the workflow, wire the integrations, and ship the agents, all to make sure they work in AI-native ways and are using the company to its full potential.

Your customers are Financial Controllers, Finance Directors and CFOs at fast-growing multinational SaaS and tech companies. Senior, technical, time-poor. You’ll sit with them, diagnose the real problem, build the answer – then train them to run it without you.

This is a founding role in a new motion. Part process designer, part builder and deployer. You partner with an Account Manager who owns the stakeholders and the commercial; you own the process re-design and agent deployment. No two customers look the same, and there's no set playbook yet. You’ll write it, and we’ll help.

• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus

• Bonus #1: Solutions or integration engineering background; experience mapping and redesigning finance processes and with AI agents in production (evals, guardrails, …)

• Bonus #2: A finance / accounting qualification

You’ll probably struggle here if

• You need a spec handed to you - here you find the problem, then build the answer

• You've only worked on internal products, never sat in front of a customer

• You think "redesign the process" means "automate what exists". The job is to rethink it from first principles and inject AI where it makes sense

• You want a big platform team to lean on - you'll have part-time support, not a safety net

• You've used ChatGPT once and weren't impressed - we go all in on AI at the company
