The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 5 years in Compensation & Benefits, with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and stakeholder management to influence across a global matrix.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, incentive plans and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Total Rewards expert for the UK within a global framework.
