Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in the United Kingdom is seeking a National Total Rewards Partner to lead compensation, benefits, and reward programs across the UK. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver competitive, compliant programs and align local practices with our global reward strategy.

You will guide governance, oversee job evaluations and incentive calculations, and ensure tax compliance while continuously improving the employee experience within a global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a comparable analytical HR function.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, incentive plans, and reward processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Total Rewards contact for the UK organisation.
• Implement and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and reward programs in line with global frameworks.
• Provide expert guidance on compensation, incentives, job evaluations, and reward policies.
• Mannual bonus processes, bonus plan assignments, and reward-related governance activities.
• Lead compensation analysis, international transfers, and incentive calculations.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, tax requirements, and governance standards.
• Partner with global Total Rewards teams to implement reward initiatives and manage local adaptations.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance reward programs and employee value proposition.

What we would like you to bring

• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment
