OLM Consultants is seeking a Territory Manager – Automation to drive sales of laboratory automation solutions across a UK territory. This field-based role requires a hunter mentality and the ability to navigate long consultative sales cycles with Life Sciences customers.

You will own sales development, manage the complete process from prospecting to installation, and proactively create opportunities while building a robust pipeline across laboratories and related organisations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in capital equipment within Life Sciences.
• Experience selling high-value technical equipment and solutions.
• Proven new business development and lead-generation ability.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to installation.

Aufgaben

• Develop sales of laboratory automation and capital equipment across the assigned UK territory.
• Identify new customers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to installation.
• Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts and terms.
• Travel up to 70% within the territory.
