RINA is currently recruiting for a UK Tender Coordinator to join its office in Chippenham within the RINA Consulting Tender Division.

What We're Looking For

Are you naturally organised, curious, and people-focused? Are you excited by the idea of helping a business grow, even if you've never worked in tenders before? If so, this role could be a perfect fit. You can do it fully remotely or work from one of our UK offices.

We’re looking for a Tender Coordinator to join our UK Contracts & Tender Management team. This is a key role where you’ll help us win new work by coordinating bids and proposals with a collaborative, friendly team. You’ll gain exposure to multiple departments and work with experienced professionals who will support your development.

Whether you're from a commercial, admin, or project support background — or just someone with the right energy and willingness to learn — we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor UK tender portals and flag opportunities to business development.
  • Coordinate internal bid discussions and timelines.
  • Review client documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs) and help shape our responses.
  • Proofread and format high-quality proposals using company templates.
  • Ensure timely submissions and follow up for feedback.
  • Help build a growing library of winning materials and support continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and leadership teams.
You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Communicate clearly and confidently (written and verbal).
  • Stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
  • Love working with people and building strong, respectful relationships.
  • Are detail-oriented and comfortable proofreading or editing.
  • Are curious, self-driven, and eager to grow.
  • Are looking for a workplace that values authenticity, collaboration, and potential.

You don’t need a degree or years of bid experience — just a great attitude, excellent organisation skills, and a willingness to learn.

Benefits include:

  • Generous Leave: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, with the option to buy more.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Healthcare cover (with family options) + life assurance.
  • Pension: 6% employer-matched pension contributions.
  • Family Support: Paid parental leave + additional unpaid leave for reservists.
  • Work-Life Balance: Cycle-to-work scheme + retail and lifestyle discounts.
