Job summary

Almac Group in Charnwood, Loughborough, is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Technical Solutions to provide operational and people leadership across our UK Technical Solutions function.

The role leads delivery of client-facing production systems, drives compliance and continuous improvement, and collaborates with senior leadership to implement regulatory processes while championing innovation and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing software development or IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across the UK Technical Solutions function.
• Oversee project delivery, risk management and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement technical, quality and regulatory processes.
