The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Associate Director, Technical Solutions to provide operational and people leadership across our UK Technical Solutions function. The Associate Director, Technical Solutions will provide leadership and operational oversight for the UK Technical Solutions function, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality client-facing production systems while driving efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement. The role is responsible for leading and developing teams, managing departmental resources and capacity, overseeing project delivery and risk management, supporting recruitment and workforce planning, and fostering a high-performing culture aligned to business objectives. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the post holder will ensure effective implementation of technical, quality and regulatory processes while championing innovation, accountability and exceptional customer service
