Mountain Warehouse in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a confident store leader to motivate a team and drive exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, manage stock, and ensure merchandising standards align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering high service standards.
