Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Chipping Norton is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide our retail team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance.

You will lead by example on stock presentation, visual merchandising, opening and closing duties, and daily operations, while coaching colleagues to meet targets and maintain a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment. This role includes a monthly bonus scheme and benefits.
