Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment across the UK, partnering with stakeholders and taking ownership from brief to onboarding. You will combine proactive sourcing, headhunting and strong stakeholder management to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

This fast-paced role requires building talent pipelines, advising on strategy and salary expectations, and collaborating with HR to ensure smooth transitions from candidate to new starter.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Confident building relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to advise hiring managers.
• Strong communication, organisation and candidate management skills.
• A proactive, quality-focused approach delivering an excellent recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from role briefing to onboarding.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using a range of channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles.
• Act as a trusted Talent advisor, providing guidance on strategy and salary expectations.
• Prioritise vacancies across stakeholder areas and balance urgent needs with longer-term talent.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication.
• Use recruitment data and market insight to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support development of our Talent Strategy and Employer Brand.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team for smooth candidate-to-new-starter transition.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems.
