Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a UK-based UK Supply Strategic Programmes & External Supply Manager to lead cross-functional programmes from concept to benefit realisation across multiple locations in the UK.

The role also owns the UK External Supply network, collaborating with external partners to ensure safety, quality, service and cost targets are met while driving continuous improvement and strategic value across the network.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or Business.
• Leadership experience within manufacturing, supply chain, operations or strategic business environments.
• Proven track record owning and delivering business-critical programmes with significant operational, strategic and financial impact.
• Demonstrated accountability for delivering measurable business outcomes and sustained performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable owner for the delivery of strategic programmes from concept through implementation and benefit realisation.
• Lead high-impact initiatives involving multiple functions, external partners, regional teams and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Own the UK External Supply strategy, operating model and partner network.
• Develop organisational capabilities required to support future business priorities.
