Bacardi is seeking a Category Insights professional in the UK to drive growth through market, category and shopper insights. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and RGM to deliver evidence-based category strategies that align with customer needs and business goals.

You will analyze Nielsen/IRI data and loyalty data, translate findings into actionable plans, and influence senior stakeholders to implement joint value initiatives across the Off Trade channel.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG and strong understanding of the business cycle.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and commercial actions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present insights.

Responsabilités

• Be the expert voice on market, category, and shopper trends across Spirits, Vermouth, and RTDs.
• Develop category strategies aligned with objectives and customer needs.
• Analyse syndicated data and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Forecast trends and identify risks and opportunities within the portfolio.
