Job summary

QVC UK is seeking a Supply Chain Expeditor to support overseas purchase orders and return-to-vendor operations. The role is hybrid, onsite at Knowsley, two days per week, and requires coordination with vendors, freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments into the distribution centre.

You will oversee customs instructions, schedule deliveries, monitor KPIs, and document processes in SAP, with strong emphasis on communication and organizational skills to

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, distribution, procurement or supply chain.
• Knowledge of freight modes, costs, tariffs and customs procedures.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with vendors and internal teams.
• MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide full visibility of overseas purchase orders and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders and internal teams to establish critical timelines.
• Oversee shipment approvals, customs clearance instructions and delivery scheduling.
• Support return-to-vendor and export activity, including transport cost coordination.
• Collate and communicate KPIs relating to overseas PO management and keep records.
