Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an Expeditor to join QVC UK in Knowsley. This hybrid role requires two onsite days weekly to coordinate overseas purchase orders, vendor and freight activities, and timely dispatch to the distribution centre.

You will monitor order progress, manage risks to delivery timelines and support export/return-to-vendor activities while maintaining SAP records and KPI visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, distribution, procurement or supply chain with import/export knowledge.
• Knowledge of freight modes, costs, tariffs and customs procedures; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide full visibility of overseas purchase orders, status, progress and risks.
• Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders and internal teams to meet timelines and optimize dispatch.
• Oversee shipment approvals, customs instructions and delivery scheduling to ensure smooth movement to the distribution centre.
• Support return to vendor and export activity, including communicating shipping arrangements and transport costs.
• Track KPIs for overseas PO management and maintain records in SAP.
