LEO Pharma is seeking a Supply Chain & Customer Relations Manager for the UK on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Maidenhead. You will oversee demand planning, IBP coordination, and relationships with wholesalers, distributors and partners to ensure reliable patient access to medicines.

You will drive forecast accuracy, inventory management, and KPI-driven performance while supporting launches, portfolio optimisation and continuous process improvements within a collaborative commercial

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in business operations, supply chain, finance, logistics or related field.
• Experience in a similar supply chain, logistics, distribution or business partnering role in pharma is preferred.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, trade processes and demand planning.
• Experience with S&OP / IBP, forecasting, inventory management and KPI-driven improvement.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly IBP cycle for the UK with Market Demand Reviews and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage demand planning, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, back orders and stock-out mitigation.
• Coordinate orders and shipments with production, distributors, and 3PLs.
• Support product launches, acquisitions, divestments and portfolio optimisation across the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes and packaging compliance.
