Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking a Supply Chain & Customer Relations Manager for the UK on a 12-month fixed term contract based in Maidenhead. You will lead demand planning, IBP activities and build strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors and internal partners to ensure product availability.

You will collaborate across local, regional, and global teams to drive availability, accuracy and continuous improvement while maintaining LEAN processes and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics or related field, or equivalent by experience.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution or business partnering in pharma.
• Understanding end-to-end supply chain, trade processes and demand planning.
• Experience with S&OP / Integrated Business Planning, forecasting, inventory management and KPI improvement.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; SAP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly IBP cycle for the UK, aligned with Commercial, Finance and Production.
• Manage demand planning, forecast accuracy, inventory levels and back orders.
• Coordinate orders with production sites, distributors and 3PL partners.
• Support launches, acquisitions, divestments and portfolio optimisation.
• Drive improvements across supply chain processes and packaging compliance.
