LSEG in London is seeking a Director, Business Development to lead growth and client engagement across the United Kingdom. The role focuses on developing new client relationships, maintaining partnerships, gathering market insights, and providing local coverage where leadership isn’t present.

This hands-on position represents the brand externally, opens doors, and translates feedback into actions that shape commercial strategy and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of experience in financial services or related markets.
• Proven success in business development, client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary representative and spokesperson for LSEG in the UK, including London.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Proactively engage prospective clients to grow the sales pipeline and revenue.
• Provide local coverage for client meetings when senior leadership is unavailable.
• Articulate the company value proposition and align offerings with client needs.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to leadership for strategy and product improvements.
• Monitor UK/European market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, deal progression and relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
