Sloaneshorey seeks a Director of Client Origination & Strategic Relationships in London to lead new business development and deepen strategic client ties with senior decision-makers across corporate, investment and advisory domains.

The role focuses on opening doors, building credibility with CEOs and boards, and turning relationships into meaningful commercial opportunities within a smaller, entrepreneurial advisory environment.

Qualifications

• A substantial network of senior corporate, investment and professional relationships.
• A genuine track record of originating new business rather than simply managing relationships handed to them.
• The ability to develop trusted relationships with CEOs, boards, investors and other senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial judgement and an instinct for where a relationship could translate into business.
• The confidence to re-engage dormant relationships and create reasons for clients to start conversations again.

Responsibilities

• Leveraging your existing network to introduce the firm to new corporate, private equity and other institutional clients.
• Developing relationships with senior decision-makers, including CEOs, boards, investors, deal professionals, strategy teams and other senior stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to broaden relationships across different teams, geographies and service lines.
• Working closely with the firm's senior leadership and advisory teams to connect client needs with the right expertise.
• Building a strong understanding of clients' businesses, sectors, strategic priorities and evolving challenges.
