Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Field Based Property and Facilities Manager to oversee UK mainland store properties and drive commercial performance. You will manage store network budgets, lease negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives while supporting business projects and regional teams.

The role reports to the National Commercial Operations Manager and requires experience across multi-site retail property management, with emphasis on cost control, EHS compliance, and network development.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in property/facilities role.
• Experience working in a multi-site network.
• Experience in retail or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store Network Opex budget and monitor spend vs budget.
• Manage Store Network Capex budgets.
• Ensure EHS critical work is completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with Divisional Controllers to deliver national strategy.
• Identify properties and liaise with agents/landlords.
• Negotiate new leases and renewals to limit costs.
• Support growth strategy and acquisitions with regional teams.
• Work with Finance to evaluate businesses and build case for purchase.
• Coordinate refits to improve sales and EHS standards.
