Wonderfield Group in the UK is recruiting a Head of Property to be based at the head office in Reading, leading the maintenance and estates strategy across the business. You will lead the Regional Property Managers and Maintenance Administrator, manage reactive and planned maintenance, and drive the delivery of the PPM programme and statutory compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop regional Property Managers and Maintenance Administrator, setting priorities and empowering the team.
• Oversee reactive and planned maintenance across the estate, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and operational.
• Drive the delivery of the PPM programme, statutory compliance and remedial works.
• Proactively monitor aged jobs, recurring issues, high-cost repairs and critical incidents, stepping in when leadership or escalation is required.
• Drive contractor performance across national and regional suppliers, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, quality standards and value for money.
• Take ownership of the maintenance budget and forecast, maintaining cost control while identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Use data to identify trends, recurring issues and future lifecycle investment needs.
• Provide clear reporting and accountability across the estate.
