Optimas International UK is recruiting a Transition Manager - Sourcing to lead the transition and implementation of supplier initiatives, ensuring supply continuity and EBITDA growth. You will manage a small team of transition planners and coordinate across Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer Service.

The role requires strong commercial judgement, project management across multiple departments, and the ability to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining supplier

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own transition plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Act as liaison with vendors for on‑time parts delivery and readiness.
• Collaborate with quality and customer facing teams to gain customer approval.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations with wider teams.
• Lead knowledge transfer between Strategic Sourcing, UK Sourcing and internal teams.
• Monitor progress using KPIs, dashboards and governance forums.
