Job summary

Adsquare GmbH is seeking a Senior Sales Manager UK to lead strategic revenue growth across Omnicom and IPG, strengthening senior relationships and unlocking opportunities with priority advertiser portfolios.

You will act as a trusted consultant, translating Adsquare's data and measurement capabilities into compelling client value, while coordinating with product, services, and leadership teams to close deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful sales or business development experience in programmatic advertising, data, adtech or measurement.
• Demonstrable experience selling into Omnicom and IPG across the UK and/or international markets.
• Strong existing relationships across Omnicom and IPG, including Heads of Programmatic and senior activation stakeholders.
• Proven network within Adsquare's ICP brands (retail, locations, venues) and ability to translate data solutions into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic revenue across Omnicom and IPG, focusing on priority UK and international agency teams and advertiser portfolios.
• Develop and deepen senior relationships across programmatic, data, planning, investment and client leadership teams.
• Build a strong new-business pipeline across brands with physical stores or offline points of sale.
• Lead consultative sales conversations from prospecting through to close, coordinating with product and services teams.
• Translate Adsquare's capabilities into clear client value propositions and scalable opportunities.
• Negotiate data usage and commercial agreements with key agency and advertiser partners.
• Represent Adsquare credibly with senior stakeholders, communicating value and vision clearly.
• Maintain presence across the UK programmatic and agency community to generate opportunities.
