Location: Hybrid – Basingstoke, 2 days a week

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile values and principles. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving velocity, ensuring efficient daily stand-ups, and monitoring key Agile metrics such as technical quality, burn downs, lead times, and flow efficiency.

You will keep Agile management tools (like lifecycle management tools and Kanban boards) up to date, work closely with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs based on business value, technical debt, and risk. Experience with various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum ban) and a passion for evolutionary change and iterative development are essential.
