Job Description:

Sales Manager (Asset Management) - UK Based - £70-90k - £40k OTE (Exclusive)

About the Company:

The company is a well-established vendor of industrial software, including MES, SCADA, IT/OT, CMMS, and Cyber Security Software.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager will develop relationships with new and existing customers across various industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Enabling team sales by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintaining a CRM system with contact details, sales opportunities, and activity information.
  • Demonstrating a technical understanding of the company's products and services to customers.
  • Adjusting selling prices based on costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Organizing sales visits, product demonstrations, and reference visits.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills:

Analytical mindset, team player, leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Industrial Software/Automation.
