The business specialises in high-performance fibre cement solutions that challenge traditional materials and offer customers practical, quality-led alternatives. You’ll manage a sales team of 13 people, including Area Sales Managers and office-based sales support, with a key focus on developing people, improving sales performance and maximising the potential of each territory.
Alongside leading the wider sales function, you’ll also manage key customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase customer spend and drive further commercial growth.
You’ll provide the leadership, structure and commercial focus required to drive sales growth across the business.
A key priority will be to establish and embed a clear performance culture, introducing meaningful KPIs, robust performance management and accountability across the sales team.
