Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts within the medical and food industries.

Coverage Area: England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, with occasional travel to Italy for meetings, primarily focusing on local markets.

Candidate Profile: A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the flexible packaging industry, especially pouches.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  3. Identify and understand customers' flexible packaging needs.
  4. Maintain and grow the sales pipeline.
  5. Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and manage price adjustments.
  6. Enhance market awareness of the company's entire product portfolio.
  7. Plan budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix, and timelines.
  8. Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  9. Possess strong knowledge of the packaging market, with a focus on pouches.
