Envipco is seeking a Sales Administrator to support its UK sales team in Warrington. You’ll help keep customer enquiries, orders and account administration running smoothly, joining the business at an exciting stage of its UK expansion.

You’ll be organised, accurate, and confident communicating with customers, with a focus on detail and efficient data management in an office-based setting.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths are required.
• Experience in sales administration or office support is useful but not essential.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle data.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare quotations and order confirmations.
• Maintain customer records and pricing information.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve queries, escalating when needed.
• Support sales, operations and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor order progress and communicate updates or delays.
• Help set up new customer accounts and onboarding.
• Produce sales reports for forecasting and reviews.
• Assist with contracts, pricing updates and service agreements.
