Job summary

Tria is seeking an experienced UK Risk Business Partner to join Group Risk, working closely with senior leaders to drive informed decisions within the risk appetite. This role reports to the Head of Risk Business Partners and sits on the extended leadership team for a designated business unit in a technology-driven environment.

You will lead the risk agenda, embed governance, and provide high-quality risk insights to support strategic and operational objectives, with a hybrid working arrangement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a business-facing risk role partnering with senior leaders.
• Background in technology, software, fintech, financial services, or advisory environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and governance.
• Experience embedding risk frameworks, policies and controls.
• Ability to influence Executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills translating risks into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including board reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management.
