Job summary

Aspire is seeking a Risk Analytics Manager for the UK to oversee risk management and analytics across the UK and Group. The role involves collaboration with data, compliance, risk, and management teams to ensure activities stay within risk appetite.

You will report on KRIs and maintain the UK risk register, enabling informed decisions at the executive level and supporting regulatory engagements as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in UK financial services.
• Strong data and analytics skills with Python and SQL.
• Ability to lead risk initiatives and engage senior stakeholders.
• Understanding FCA expectations for EMIs and related risk areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UK and group risk management activities and reporting to SMT, Committees and Boards.
• Analyse risk exposure, surface priorities, and collaborate with product, data, and compliance teams.
• Develop and manage risk reduction plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain UK risk register and escalate within the group framework.
• Support regulatory engagement including FCA interactions.
