Job summary

Urban Outfitters Europe is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support our UK retail population. You will work with the HR team and store management to ensure compliant, effective employee relations and learning initiatives across the UK.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will help update policies, deliver targeted training and assist with performance management and workforce changes as needed. Experience in retail HR is ideal.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR Advisory role, ideally within a retail environment.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience supporting store management on employee relations issues.
• Ability to build strong relationships quickly and be trusted at all levels.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for all retail HR-related queries.
• Monitor, review and update HR policies to reflect business needs.
• Ensure URBN compliance with UK employment law.
• Support stores with performance management cycles and annual reviews.
• Assist with redundancies and restructurings with Senior HR Manager guidance.
• Coordinate and deliver training and onboarding across UK stores.
