Job summary

URBN UK Limited, part of the URBN Group, is seeking an experienced HR generalist to support URBN Brands across EU territories. You will drive engagement, culture and wellbeing within Retail teams, ensuring legal compliance and robust ER support across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes resilience, commerciality and relationship-building with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven and capable of delivering complex HR initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven generalist HR experience in a fast paced environment.
• Solid understanding of employment law
• Strongly results driven and delivery focused.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver with impact.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with EU retail store teams and create a network of contacts.
• Drive culture, engagement, wellbeing and D&I initiatives across EU Retail Stores.
• Own quarterly KPI reporting and challenge business leaders to improve results.
• Create, update and implement policy and procedures ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to implement a leadership development calendar.
• Manage Employee Relations and advise EU Retail teams with best practice solutions.
• Lead HR team through complex ER projects and monitor attendance issues.
