Marsh Risk seeks a Renewables National Practice Leader for our Corporate and Commercial Business. The role leads the Renewables Practice development within our C&C client segment across the UK and collaborates with senior leadership to drive growth and client delivery.

Based in London or Bristol with hybrid terms, the role requires three days per week in the office and active leadership of renewables teams, governance, and performance monitoring to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in Power and Energy / Renewables insurance.
• Leadership with strong communication for efficient stakeholder engagement.
• Strong technical competency paired with client/prospect engagement.
• Ability to build relationships, influence, and grow stakeholders along a growth journey.
• Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving.
• Highly organized with ability to create structure, presentations and workflows.
• Ability to drive change and challenge constructive to effect change management.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with renewables clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver excellent client outcomes with industry insights.
• Lead expansion of regional hubs and specialisms across the UK.
• Mentor and coach renewables-focused colleagues.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategy and annual budgets.
• Forecast, measure and analyse practice performance data.
• Support renewables sector insights and thought leadership.
