Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP is seeking a Partner-level leader to grow our renewable energy and wider infrastructure offerings across the UK. The role requires strong client relationships, sector credibility and the ability to develop opportunities with major energy clients and capital programmes.

The successful candidate will shape strategy, lead cross-disciplinary teams and drive long-term growth while aligning with Ridge’s multi-disciplinary capability in property and construction consultancy.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with partner-level experience in consultancy or energy sector.
• Strong client relationships and sector credibility.
• Proven track record of growing multi-disciplinary work across major energy programmes.

Responsibilities

• Shape Ridge’s renewable energy offer across wind, solar, energy from waste and decarbonisation.
• Develop trusted relationships with energy clients, asset owners and investors.
• Lead business development and account growth across the energy infrastructure market.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver planning, procurement, and delivery.
• Represent Ridge externally to clients, partners and the energy market.
