Job summary

Yugo is searching for a Building Services Engineer to support their national mobile technical support operations. You will assist the Building Services Manager in delivering maintenance for circa 100 properties across the UK. This role involves responsibilities such as managing acceptance into service activities, providing reports on estate issues, and conducting investigations and surveys.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and previous experience in a similar role. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification (Technical / Building Services degree level or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a Building Services Engineers role for a large multi-client estate.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and associated UK Legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Building Services / FM Support Team.
• Manage acceptance into service activities.
• Deliver professional reports on estates issues.
• Participate in identifying technical issues and conducting investigations.
• Undertake desktop asset surveys.
