Job summary

Yugo USA LLC is seeking a Building Services Engineer to support a national mobile estate across the UK. Based remotely, you will assist the Building Services Manager in delivering planned and reactive maintenance, along with design reviews, H&S file checks, and asset surveys.

You will generate reports, estimate costs using industry guides, manage subcontractors, and contribute to lifecycle projects, ESG improvements and energy efficiency initiatives, while balancing multiple priorities across

Qualifications

Relevant building services qualifications or degree.
Experience as Building Services Engineer in a large multi-client estate.
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and related standards.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Building Services/FM team and stakeholders in planning, delivery, recording and reporting of maintenance works.
Assist in Acceptance into Service activities including design review, H&S file review and testing.
Investigate technical issues and prepare professional reports referencing relevant standards and guidance.
Track defects, propose solutions with cost estimates and support budget submissions for remediation.
Provide desktop and site asset surveys to establish asset types, quantities and conditions.
Offer technical advice across building services and assist with project scoping and tender processes.
