Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd. is seeking a Team Manager for the UK Regional. The role leads a team of underwriters and partners with the branch to deliver profitable growth through strong people leadership, trading acumen and robust underwriting governance.

You will drive performance metrics, develop talent, and maintain high standards of customer outcomes while embedding ARCH values across the region. This position is based in the UK and requires strategic collaboration.

• Drive branch objectives and team performance (GWP, new business, retention).
• Embed a proactive trading culture and broker engagement.
• Provide technical underwriting guidance and governance.
• Oversee operational efficiency and compliance across the team.
• Support risk management and talent development initiatives.
