Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Regional and Local Market Access Strategy Manager to translate national strategy into regional action and equip field teams with insights, tools and training.

Reporting to the Lead of Regional and Local Market Access Strategy at our Uxbridge headquarters, you will bridge strategic intent with on-the-ground execution, ensuring consistency across the NHS landscape in the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in UK market access and NHS structures.
• Experience developing market access tools, materials and training programs.
• Experience supporting field-based roles such as IHMs or KAMs and translating strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Access Excellence and develop a scalable CoE framework.
• Design and deliver training programmes for IHMs and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain market access materials and tools (dossiers, payer decks, templates).
• Generate data-driven insights and regular reporting to inform strategy.
• Partner with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders across Medical, HEOR, Commercial, and Sales.
• Uphold governance and compliance with ABPI Code and internal policies.
