Job summary

Barrington James Limited is recruiting a Head of Market Access to lead central payer marketing and field-based market access teams within an assigned therapeutic area. The role focuses on developing and executing market access strategies to optimise patient access and support launches, reporting to the UK Market Access Director.

The successful candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Health Economics, Pricing, and other functions to maximise value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Proven track record delivering strategic market access plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as a core member of the Business Unit leadership team, translating priorities into market access objectives.
• Identify and prioritise market access opportunities while addressing reimbursement barriers.
• Lead the central payer marketing team to develop robust market access strategies for products.
• Develop market access plans to support launches and maximise patient access.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Health Economics, Pricing, and regional teams.
