Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, health economics or related field.
• Significant experience in UK market access and NHS structures.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market access excellence, translating national strategy into regional guidance for field teams.
• Develop and maintain tools, materials and templates for payer engagement, formulary submissions and budget impact.
• Design and deliver training programmes for Integrated Healthcare Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Generate data-driven insights from regional and national data to inform strategy and execution.
