Job summary

AstraZeneca is recruiting a senior, field-based Market Access and Market Shaping leader for London and the East of England. You will drive regional access strategies, translate national guidance into local adoption, and collaborate with medicines management, commissioning and health networks to accelerate patient access.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive pharma industry exposure and ABPI competency.
• Experience engaging ICBs, Medicines Management and health networks.
• Ability to lead without formal authority and manage complex stakeholder maps.

Responsibilities

• Secure formulary inclusion and guideline alignment regionally.
• Shape care pathways and commissioning approaches across systems.
• Lead engagement with ICB decision-makers and health networks.
• Plan launches and ensure compliant execution from day one.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align access strategy.
• Track regional access objectives and provide actionable insights.
• Uphold ABPI and local governance requirements.
• Cover London and the East of England with effective territory planning.
