Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks an experienced Area Delivery Leader to own delivery operations across the UKGI Public Sector portfolio. Reporting to the WWPS Delivery Leader, this executive role drives cross‑functional alignment, portfolio governance, and strategic business development at the C‑suite level.

You will lead Delivery Practice Managers, shape transformation roadmaps, and ensure revenue growth, utilization targets, and superior customer outcomes across government

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/management consulting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading large teams (50+ people) and managing P&L.
• Strong ability to translate technical innovation into business value at executive level.
• Knowledge of compliance, security standards, and enterprise IT.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across the Delivery organization and oversee multiple teams.
• Drive revenue growth and portfolio optimization through strategic initiatives.
• Partner with ProServe Account Executives to shape transformative customer outcomes.
• Own the P&L and ensure delivery on time within budget.
• Govern relationships with Sales, pre-sales, and post-implementation governance.
• Define the strategic vision for UKGI Public Sector delivery with measurable outcomes.
