Job summary

Palladium is seeking an experienced Business Development & Programme Manager to grow its UK Public Health portfolio from London. Based in Palladium's London office, you will drive opportunities in health services with local authorities and public bodies, shaping proposals and leading bid activities while coordinating programme delivery.

You will work across health clusters, build client relationships, and contribute to scalable models for expansion, ensuring health equity and rigorous project

Qualifications

Proven ability to secure/win new business in public health and build client relationships.
Strong understanding of NHS and UK local governance systems.
Excellent written and oral English communication.
Demonstrated programme management excellence with delivery to high standards.

Responsibilities

Lead business development for health opportunities, manage capture and bid processes.
Develop technical and commercial content for proposals and tenders.
Maintain market intelligence and engage with Directors of Public Health and commissioning bodies.
Oversee delivery of health programmes, including planning, risk and financial management.
Support contract compliance and manage partnerships with clients and suppliers.
Collaborate across clusters to grow Palladium’s health portfolio.
