Job summary

Palladium’s UKEA Partnership is expanding its health portfolio in the UK public health market. The Business Development & Programme Manager will drive growth and deliver programmes within Palladium’s Health Cluster, combining business development with technical project oversight in a UK context.

The role is based in Palladium’s London office with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 from home). Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development for health/public sector is essential.
• Strong understanding of public health programming and NHS/UK local governance context.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end bid processes from capture to proposal content.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development for health opportunities with local authorities and public sector bodies.
• Lead end-to-end bid lifecycle including capture, proposal development and negotiation.
• Programme manage new and ongoing health projects with planning, contracting and financial oversight.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders; contribute to reports and budgets.
