Job summary

Worley UK is seeking a UK Director of Project Services (Corporate) to lead the Project Services function across Worley UK, providing governance, capability development and performance improvement.

The role focuses on leadership, resource planning, project delivery oversight, and continuous improvement, with accountability for risk, compliance and stakeholder engagement within a large, global energy/engineering services business.

Qualifications

• Experience of successfully leading and developing teams/departments.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in commercial contracting models and project scopes.
• Motivational leadership style with strong communication skills.
