Role Purpose
The UK Director of Project Services is accountable for the leadership, governance, capability and performance of the Project Services function across Worley UK.
Project Services comprises the following functions:
The role provides leadership, technical governance, people management, resource planning, project delivery oversight, business support, and continuous improvement across the projectservices function.
Drive lessons learned and best-practice sharing.
Support innovation initiatives and global networks.
Develop and implement function improvement plans.
