Randstad Finance is partnering with a global healthcare and medical tech leader to hire a Payroll Specialist for UK payroll on a six‑month contract. Remote with occasional office visits; umbrella pay up to £260/day.

You’ll run the UK payroll for a sizable workforce, ensure RTI compliance, and act as the UK payroll SME coordinating with HR, Finance and vendors. The role requires 5+ years of end‑to‑end UK payroll experience, TAX/RTI expertise, and good Excel skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of end-to-end UK payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of PAYE, NICs, RTI and HMRC year-end obligations.
• Excel proficiency and experience with outsourced payroll models.
• CIPP certification or payroll qualification desirable.
• Autonomous, proactive communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly UK payroll cycle for approx. a multi-site workforce.
• Coordinate data gathering, validate inputs and liaise with outsourced provider.
• Ensure RTI submissions, pension and year-end processes are compliant.
• Reconcile gross-to-net results and manage payroll approvals.
• Serve as UK payroll SME and support UK/Irish stakeholders on payroll matters.
