Randstad Finance partners with a global healthcare and medical technology leader to recruit a Payroll Specialist (UK Payroll) for a 6-month temporary contract. The role is fully remote with occasional office visits and offers up to 260 per day via umbrella.

You will own the UK payroll cycle, manage data, validate inputs with our outsourced provider, and ensure HMRC compliance while supporting cross-functional HR and Finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years end-to-end UK payroll experience.
• PAYE, NICs, RTI, auto-enrolment pensions knowledge.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers.
• CIPP or equivalent payroll qualification desirable.
• Autonomous, proactive communicator with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end UK payroll management for monthly cycles with data gathering.
• Gross-to-net validation and control, discrepancies investigation.
• Statutory compliance and reporting with RTI and HMRC.
• Pensions auto-enrolment and year-end reporting.
• Stakeholder support and cross-functional liaison with HR, Finance, vendors.
